The Los Angeles Dodgers host the Arizona Diamondbacks for the third and final game in their series. The Dodgers took the first game on Monday before a 3-run blast by Arizona’s Joc Pederson gave the Diamondbacks the series-equalizing win on Tuesday.

A win on Wednesday would give the Diamondbacks their best series win of the season while the Dodgers look to avoid their third home series loss of the season.

The over/under for Wednesday’s matchup is set at 8.5, which is well under the run totals for Game 1 (6-4) and Game 2 (7-3). The Dodgers have one of the best batting lineups in the majors while the Diamondbacks have performed slightly better than average. At the same time the Dodgers are going up a weaker pitcher in Nelson and a Diamondbacks bullpen that has really, really struggled this season. And in case that’s not enough of a reason to bet on the Dodgers to win big, Los Angeles is 19-9 as the home team and 12-5 following losses.
