There are several familiar possibilities for Jake Paul’s next opponents.
Last Saturday, the social media influencer-turned-boxer secured a clear unanimous decision victory (97-92, 98-91, 98-91) against UFC veteran Nate Diaz, bringing his professional boxing record to 7-1 (with a lone loss against professional boxers).
The fight embodied all the typical elements of a Jake Paul bout: weeks of hype and speculation about the future of boxing, an opponent known for non-boxing achievements, a plethora of celebrities in attendance, and a tremendous amount of noise surrounding the event. However, the fight didn’t provide substantial insights into Paul’s potential as a genuine boxer.

As always, the decision on Paul’s next move lies in his hands. Given his recent signing with the Professional Fighters League, he hinted that his next fight might be in the MMA realm. While he seemed to extend the first offer to Diaz for a potential MMA clash, he left the door open for any fighter from the MMA community.
“I want $10 million. PFL, that’s the offer,” Paul said. “Let’s run it back in MMA. Make it fair. I won one, now it’s your chance in your home territory. MMA, let’s do it.”

Undoubtedly, a showdown between Jake Paul and KSI would be the pinnacle of crossover boxing events.
